Great Experience!

Overall a Clean and comfortable hotel and very accommodating staff. My child has allergies and they went above and beyond to make arrangements for his dietary needs. There was a wonderful young lady Feyza in reception who spoke good English. She was so helpful and really did make effort to answer our questions and give us information about the next city we were going to visit. The cleaning staff were always smiling and helpful. My child was sick and they helped clean the rooms and provide us extra towels. Especially Rukiye always smiling. Overall enjoyable experience.

Important Notes

• Some outdoor facilities are only available during summer season. Depending on weather conditions, their availability dates may vary 7-15 days (earlier or later).
• Boys above 6 years old are not permitted in women only facilities. Girls above 6 years old are not permitted in men only facilities.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In case of late check-out, property might charge an additional fee of 50% of the daily price if check-out occurs between 14:00 - 18:00, and full daily price if check-out occurs after 21:00.
• In force majeure cases, hotel will only make refund if a travel restriction occurs to Turkey and if hotel cannot operate. In any other case, normal cancellation policy will be applied.
• In case of guest complaints, guests have to appeal to the reception during their stay, and hotel will not accept formal complaints after check-out.
• Property has a base currency of TL and price is converted to show the approximate cost in checked currency. In case of cancellations, foreign currency refund amount may differ according to changed exchange rate.
