I recently visited Trabzon in May with my family and booked our twin rooms. The hotel is not bad. The rooms are clean. The hotel is very welcoming. The most beautiful thing about this hotel is the location.
I stayed the day before the end of my first covid 19 trip in the Black Sea. The hotel was quiet - understandably June 2020 was new - normalizing so few travelers, super clean with hand sanitizer available in several corners of the hotel. The towels are wrapped in a clean, transparent plastic bag.
Typical, well maintained hotel in the center of Trabzon with friendly staff and very good breakfast. The Black Sea view from my room 613 was really relaxing and the room was good for one person, maybe honeymooners too. Almost all important places in the city center and shops are within walking distance. The mattress is ok, but the pillows could be better. The staff are friendly and courteous.
The hotel is good because it is in the heart of Trabzon, although the level of service leaves much to be desired: the plumbing is leaking, the hairdryer is faulty, the card cannot be paid, the breakfast is very limited. There is a fish restaurant under the window, so you need to be prepared for the smell of fish. But there are so many cafes and shops nearby - a wonderful city. I recommend visiting it!
