At the entrance to the hotel, Belboy took our luggage and walked us to the reception. We were checked in immediately, as there were free rooms (usually check-in from 14). The hotel is warm, which made us happy, because there was a very cold wind outside. The first impression of the hotel is clean, white, luxury feeling! This feeling did not leave us throughout the rest. The ROOM is clean, comfortable, everything works, there are bath accessories, slippers, bathrobes.
From the first minutes of registration to departure, the feeling of comfort, care and respect from the staff did not leave. The rich infrastructure of the hotel provided an opportunity to fully relax, take procedures and have fun without leaving its territory. One has only to enter the lobby and you will be enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity. Ideal room - everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Among the toiletries are bathrobes and slippers. You can walk in a white terry dressing gown to the thermal pool, and then go to the spa and take a massage in the jacuzzi. Food is a separate topic.
