Great Experience!
Overall a Clean and comfortable hotel and very accommodating staff. My child has allergies and they went above and beyond to make arrangements for his dietary needs. There was a wonderful young lady Feyza in reception who spoke good English. She was so helpful and really did make effort to answer our questions and give us information about the next city we were going to visit. The cleaning staff were always smiling and helpful. My child was sick and they helped clean the rooms and provide us extra towels. Especially Rukiye always smiling. Overall enjoyable experience.
