•During check‐in, a deposit in the amount specified by the property may be held on the guest’s credit card or requested in cash. Any extra charges incurred on the premises—excluding services such as the market, hairdresser, and water sports—or any damage to the property caused by the guest (for example, à la carte restaurant bills, minibar items, chargeable beverages, etc.) will be deducted from this deposit.
If no incidental charges are incurred during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. Cash deposits are returned directly at checkout. For deposits taken via credit or debit card, the property will submit a refund request to the bank; the time it takes for the refund to appear on the guest’s card depends on the bank’s processing times.

The person making the reservation must enter the names of all guests who will be staying at the hotel correctly. It is also the guest’s responsibility to ensure that a valid email address and phone number for transfers are provided when booking.
