Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, a restaurant, and a lobby bar during their stay. There are two restaurants on the territory of the hotel. These buffet restaurants specialize in international cuisine and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The front desk is open 24 hours. Check-in is possible from 14:00 till midnight. Check-out time is at 11:30.
A credit or debit card deposit or cash is required for incidentals. You must present a photo of your ID. The minimum age to be able to check-in is 18.
