Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the case that you need to cancel your reservation please contact Halalholidaycheck immediately. The cancellation fees increase nearer to the reservation dates, so it is advisable to cancel as soon as possible. We will require written confirmation of your cancellation.
Please note that cancellation fees and information differ for each accommodation. We are always here to assist.
1- If the booking cancellation request is requested more than 30 days before the check-in date, the total amount will be refunded to the same bank account or card that the customers paid with.
All refunds are issued in the currency you paid and according to the exchange rate on the day of your refund, not the day you reserved the accommodation.
2- Please ensure to contact Halalholidaycheck if your cancellation request falls in the period of less than 30 days. We will assist you with the details of your booking and try to help you as much as possible. However, be advised that some accommodations can keep up to 100% of the fees based on how they operate.
3- The Customer must notify us through written means if they will arrive late or cancel their reservation. HALALHOLIDAYCHECK.COM has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the customer if the customer fails to notify us of their cancellation or late arrival. In such cases, no refund will be made to the customer. However, if the customer notifies us that they will use the service within 24 hours from the beginning date, they will still be able to benefit from the service.
4- Exceptions to these conditions are in the event of deaths, bereavements and illnesses of first-degree relatives. Customers must provide documents of proof that highlight the dates of the incident and their relation to the dates of the reservation. In these events, customers can expect a full refund, excluding the sums of obligatory taxes, fees and costs paid to third parties, which cannot be refunded.

If you would like to amend any details of your reservation such as dates, guests or details please contact us directly so that we can assist you with the information and charges.
We are within our rights to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received.
