Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war äußerst enttäuschend und unangenehm. Der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig und die Mitarbeiter zeigten sich durchgehend unkooperativ. Ein schwerwiegendes Kommunikationsproblem bestand darin, dass niemand im Hotel Englisch oder eine andere Fremdsprache außer Türkisch sprach. Im Frauenbereich war der Boden so rutschig, dass meine Freundin ausrutschte und sich den Arm brach. Der Arzt im Hotel weigerte sich, ihr zu helfen, sodass wir gezwungen waren, ins Krankenhaus zu fahren. Am folgenden Tag suchten wir erneut die Ärztin im Hotel auf, um den Verband befestigen zu lassen. Die Ärztin war jedoch äußerst unkooperativ und weigerte sich, ihre Arbeit zu verrichten. Auch sie sprach ausschließlich Türkisch, was die Kommunikation erheblich erschwerte. Unsere Beschwerde beim Manager über die unzureichende medizinische Versorgung führte zu keinerlei Einsicht oder Unterstützung. Stattdessen beschuldigte er uns und verwies darauf, dass wir den Verband in einem Sanitätshaus besorgen sollten. Trotz unserer dringenden Bitte, überhaupt einen normalen Verband zu bekommen, den wir auch selbst angebracht hätten, zeigte sich der Manager völlig unkooperativ und uninteressiert an unserem Anliegen. Er betonte mehrmals, dass das Hotel nicht verpflichtet sei, zu helfen. Die unfreundliche und menschenunwürdige Behandlung durch das Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt vollkommen ruiniert. Ich kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen und rate dringend davon ab, hier zu buchen
