During check-in, the property may require a deposit in the form of a pre-authorization on the guest’s credit card or as a cash payment, as determined by the hotel. Any extra expenses incurred at the property—such as use of the market, hairdresser, water sports, à la carte restaurants, minibar, paid beverages, etc.—as well as any damage caused by the guest may be deducted from this deposit.
If the guest makes no additional charges during their stay, the full deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be given directly. For deposits paid via credit or debit card, the refund request is sent by the property to the bank. The time it takes for the refund to appear on the payment card may vary depending on the bank’s process.

If you apply for a visa through our website, a travel consultant from our call center will contact you regarding the necessary documents. Many countries require Turkish citizens to obtain a visa. These applications are managed by each country’s own embassy or consulate and are subject to their laws and regulations. However, travelers are free to use any visa service they prefer.
Please note: Except for family or specially designed rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 accommodations in standard rooms may feel cramped, and additional beds may not provide the same comfort as regular beds.
Room-only or bed and breakfast stays end with breakfast on the check-out day.
