As of November 1, the hamam, sauna, and animation programs are not available. Water slides are available upon request. The indoor pool is open, but it is not heated.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the facility. Wireless internet is available for a fee for usage over 300 MB.

Check-in for Eldar Resort Hotel rooms starts at 14:00. Check-out time from the rooms is no later than 12:00. Pets are not allowed at the facility. The use of outdoor areas at the hotel depends on seasonal conditions.
