5 yıldız standartları aşmış bir otel. Odalar temiz, personeller güler yüzlü, yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Otel lokasyon olarak tarihi bütün mekanlara yakın ve ulaşımda çok yakındı. İstanbula bir daha gelişimde tek tercihimiz olaraktır.
· I am very grateful to the girl at the reception! Thank you honey !!! She always knew the answer to any question and provided assistance. Alcohol is not served or sold on site. Separate spas for women and men. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are clean and the staff are great.
We were accommodated 8 hours earlier than the check-out time, the check-out time was extended by 2 hours. I will definitely stay there again. Everything is perfect. Thanks to every staff member.
Bright, spacious rooms, carpeted floor, clean. A Russian-speaking girl works at the reception, she really is a lifesaver, helps and prompts. She organized for us a trip on the yacht, gave her phone number and you could write to her and call her if you have any questions. Also, the hotel fulfilled my personal request before check-in. In general, the care and diligence of the staff is felt. Breakfast is not very varied in the number of options for food, but for a short stay it will do. In the room, a large bottle of water comes as a compliment and is added every day.
Very convenient location of the hotel. From the new Ist International Airport, you can almost reach the hotel itself with a direct bus from the airport. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The sights of central Istanbul are within easy reach. The hotel and the room are clean and tidy.
Did not like. The front desk said that the spa is open until 11pm. However, at 22, when we arrived, they were already cleaning up there and they didn’t let us in. Not all employees know entry-level English.
