Very convenient location of the hotel
The staff are great, attentive enough. During breakfast, you can ask for something personal. Great location in the old town. A clear transfer.
Wi-Fi was not stable in the early days. Superior City View Room does not guarantee city view as it may be on the ground floor or first floor.
Nice hotel
The hotel is located in the very center of old Istanbul, you go out onto the street, walk literally 100 m and find yourself on the square in front of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, very convenient. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, delicious buffet. The room was quiet, good soundproofing and heavy doors. Since the hotel is located in the old part, all buildings are close to each other, so there is no view from some of the windows, you run into the building opposite. Therefore, if the view is important, ask for the upper floors or a view of the hotel's courtyard itself, there is a green courtyard and a swimming pool.
Nice hotel
The hotel has a very convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk and you are in the historical center of the city, where there are historical sights, as well as a lot of shops and restaurants. High level of guest service. There is a free midday lunch every day at the hotel.
I didn't like that the organization of excursions from the hotel staff did not live up to expectations. I advise you to use the services of local agencies.
Not a super hotel
All the staff try very hard. The staff don't give a damn about you, we felt really cared for. It is very important. Didn't like serving breakfast. The breakfast itself is delicious, but in order to get it, you involuntarily have to humiliate yourself. It is humiliating to stand and ask for food to be served for you, since you cannot take anything yourself. 1 person stands on the distribution and puts in a small piece. Make the gloves disposable for all guests - and the problem of humiliation in front of the distributor will be solved.
