Great Experience!

Overall a Clean and comfortable hotel and very accommodating staff. My child has allergies and they went above and beyond to make arrangements for his dietary needs. There was a wonderful young lady Feyza in reception who spoke good English. She was so helpful and really did make effort to answer our questions and give us information about the next city we were going to visit. The cleaning staff were always smiling and helpful. My child was sick and they helped clean the rooms and provide us extra towels. Especially Rukiye always smiling. Overall enjoyable experience.

Mükemmeldi.

Vadedilenden daha fazlasıyla karşılaşarak orman içerisinde geçirdiğimiz çok güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Bayanlar kısmı için ayrılan plaj olanağı biraz küçük olsa da havuz spa hamam kısmı yeterince gönlümüzü doyurdu. Wome ailesine binlerce kez teşekkür etmek dışında elimizden bir şey gelmiyor.

Not bad

The hotel is clean enough. A very large area. You can go to the beach, different pools, slides, kids club. The indoor pool was still closed due to the crown. The staff doesn't speak English, and didn't like it. The pool water was too cold. The food was cold too. The pool has too much shade.

Best Place I've Been

I will definitely come back here! Best place I've been. The beaches are gorgeous! The staff is the best! There is unreal beauty on the territory of the hotel. I liked the food the most. Everything is very delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Gorgeous animation

I am very satisfied with this hotel, I came here for the third time. I really like the food, it's very atmospheric, and a great evening show. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Very good hotel

Very friendly staff. There is a group of animators who conduct games for children and adults. In case of winning, animators give gifts to guests (medal, T-shirt, certificate). The food is excellent. I also really liked the water park!
