İki oda şeklinde 4 gün konaklama sağladık. Plaja yakınlık açısından da çok rahat ettik. Yemekler çok iyiydi. Oda konforu olarakta çok rahat ettik. Personelerin samimiyeti bizleri evimizde gibi rahat ettirdi. Teşekkürler Grand Akça Ailesi :)))
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. My children live in a spacious room with a sofa, bunk beds, a large double bed, from which you can see the whole resort and the sea. We recommend this hotel to everyone. The location and the view are wonderful.
We were a little upset that the staff speaks only Turkish. Most likely the hotel is designed only for the Turkish audience, because even the evening events were in Turkish. The room was almost always dirty and the telephone did not work.
We had a family vacation including our toddler and it was great. I would like to appeal to all the dissatisfied guests who criticize the staff who do not speak another language other than Turkish. This hotel is aimed at Muslim Turks, so if the lack of English speakers upsets you, that's actually your problem, learn the basics when traveling abroad or buy a phrasebook from a hotel that caters to foreign guests. This is far from a minus. We liked the hotel, my family and I will come again.
