• At check-in, a deposit in an amount determined by the property may be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card or collected in cash. Any additional expenses incurred at the property (such as à la carte restaurant, minibar, paid beverages, etc.), excluding services like the market, hairdresser, and water sports, or any material damages caused by the guest, will be deducted from this deposit.

If the guest does not incur any charges during their stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out. If the deposit was paid in cash, the refund will be issued directly. For deposits made via credit or debit card, the property will submit a refund request to the bank. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on the card depends on the bank’s processing time.
