Some outdoor facilities are only available during summer season. Depending on weather conditions, their availability dates may vary 7-15 days (earlier or later).
Complimentary VIP services for guests booking Superior Suite, Serenity Suite, Deluxe Room or King Suite: Fruit platter in room, free use of Bali House (private beach cabana) and dinner served on the a’la carte restaurant. Additionally, guests booking King Suite receive free airport transfer (min 3 night stays) and private butler service.
Boys above 6 years old are not permitted in women only facilities. Girls above 6 years old are not permitted in men only facilities.
During the month of Ramadan, the hotel serves either All Inclusive or Half-Board (Suhoor & Iftar) options.
Complimentary honeymoon package includes: 1 day breakfast in room, fruit plate, Turkish dessert platter, 1 day A La Carte restaurant dinner, special room decorations, 1 hour family bath usage and 1 honeymoon picture. Guests must request the honeymoon package via notes section during their booking online. Only valid for bookings of at least 3 nights and if the couple married within 90 days prior to check-in and marriage certificate is provided.
